Whimsical enamel earrings dressed in playful stripes. Named for a favorite childhood character and her silly knee-high socks, these earrings aren’t meant to be taken seriously!
Long bar earrings are made from reclaimed industrial copper that is cut to shape and enameled with rich colors. Backs of earrings are enameled to match the stripes on the front.
Enameling is the ancient art of applying powdered, colored glass to metal and fusing under the heat of a torch or kiln. This volatile process produces wonderfully varied results, and a fun, rustic appearance.
Earrings are 1 3/8 inch long and 3/8 inch wide, and hang about an inch and three quarters from ear including the ear wires.
As these earrings are handcrafted from scratch, no two pairs are ever exactly alike.
