Enameled copper earrings are handmade from recycled, industrial copper. Copper is hand-cut and filed, enameled in striking colors, and hung from handmade sterling silver ear wires.
Copper enameling consists of dusting colored, powdered glass onto metal, and fusing under the heat of a torch or kiln. Due to the volatile nature of the heat and flame, no two pieces ever come out the same! Every pair is an original!
Larger trapezoid is 1/2 inch wide by 1 inch long, and total drop length from ear is 1/5 inches.
Ear wires are handmade from recycled sterling silver.
Backs are counter-enameled (enameled for strength and durability) in the same hue as front of smaller trapezoid.
Each pair is hand-fabricated in my Montana studio, and sent to you carefully packaged in a lovely gift box. Enjoy!
