I take great pride in my work and want my customers to be thrilled with their purchases.
I am not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. However, I will provide you with tracking information and assist with a claim as able.
I accept returns and exchanges of unworn jewelry, provided that you contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship the return within 14 days of purchase. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Discounted orders are not eligible for return. Made-to-order pieces may be returned for store credit. Commissions may not be returned.
