Stacked organic shapes evoke memories of cairns built over the ages to guide our way.

Contemporary earrings are recycled sterling silver wire formed to draw outlines of rocks. "Boulders" are attached by torch-drawn silver balls.

Silver is oxidized with a patina and polished on tops and backs, with the sides left dark to create contrast.

Earrings hang about 1.75 inches from ears.
