7/8 inch disk is gently curved and oxidized to create contrast. Back of pendant has a linear texture. Sterling chain is 16 inches long, with a two-inch optional extension, so you can wear it at whatever length suits you!

The necklace is made from precious metal clay (PMC), which consists of recycled silver particles embedded in a binder. The clay is worked into a desired shape, dried, and then fired in a kiln. At high temperatures, the binder burns off, leaving .999% fine silver! The silver piece can then be treated with traditional metalsmithing techniques, such as dapping, forging, burnishing, and polishing. A patina is added for character and to highlight textures.
